Zulu Rules!

Last night it was too east for good flying at the North Side. A bunch of folks flew the bench, and I drove up to the 3/4 launch with Dale Covington at the wheel of a completely overloaded old Ford F-250. Half our group flew in the fresh crosswind, and the other half (including me, of course) drove down the hill.
I've already posted too many South Side pictures on this Blog, so even though we had a great southy session this morning, here's a picture I took as I passed through Navajo country on old route 666 instead.
After today's flights I'm super happy with the small Zulu. It gets at least as good a sink rate as my old glider and it flies faster and handles way better. I haven't been this stoked about a new wing in a long time.
